The company is led by a two-member management board:

• Mr. Bogdan Pušnik, univ. dipl. ekon., President of the Management Board and
• Mr. Jure Klepec, univ. dipl. ekon., Member of the Management Board.

Mr. Bogdan Pušnik, President of the Management Board

Mr Pušnik is an economist with a university degree in economics and started his career in 1989 as the managing director of Mibex d.o.o.. In 1992 the company co-founded a joint-venture company Mibex Portfolio, Brokerage House, Inc., which changed its name to Medvešek Pušnik Stock brokerage house Inc. in 1994. There Mr. Pušnik first acted as a stock exchange broker and head of trading and later as a member of the Management Board (from the end of 1992 forward), until in 1996 he became the still actual President of the Management Board.

Mr. Jure Klepec, Member of the Management Board

Mr Klepec is an economist with a university degree in economics and started his career in 1993 as an analyst and asset manager with the company Mibex Portfolio, Brokerage House, Inc. which changed its name in 1994 to Medvešek Pušnik Stock brokerage house Inc. where he continued his professional career as head of wealth management and financial analysis department, finally becoming a member of the Medvešek Pušnik Stock brokerage house Inc. Management Board in 2000.

The Medvešek Pušnik Stock brokerage house Inc. Supervisory Board

The management is supervised by the Supervisory Board. Its acting president is Mr. Ivan Pušnik, B.A. in law.

Mr. Ivan Pušnik, President of the Supervisory Board

Mr. Ivan Pušnik has a university degree in law. He graduated in 1979 and in 1981 he passed the bar examination. After graduation, he started to work in The Republic of Slovenia state administration and continued working in the state administration for five more years after passing his state bar exam. In 1995 he was nominated for a vice-consul at Yugoslavian General Consulat in Munich, Germany. After four years in diplomacy he was offered the position of the Head of Slovenian Protocol, which he accepted and returned to Ljubljana in 1989. In November 1990 he resigned his position, renounced his political career and became involved in entrepreneurship. Together with his brother he founded the private company Mibex d.o.o. In 1994 and 1995 they furthermore founded the company ARS Engineering d.o.o, a company operating in the field of construction investments and the Medvešek Pušnik Stock brokerage house Inc.. He is the acting President of the Supervisory Board in both companies.

Mrs. Maja Pušnik, Member of the Supervisory Board

Mrs. Maja Pušnik has a university degree in law with 15 years of working experiences. She was two years a probationer at high court of justice in Ljubljana and after this in 1993 she passed bar examination. From June 1993 to April 1994 she worked as a professional legal adviser at district court of justice in Ljubljana. From April 1994 to May 1998 she worked at State Attorneys Office, firstly as a professional legal adviser and then as an assistant of state attorney chef. She is an expert in the following fields: civil and executive law, and also administrative procedure. Currently, she works an advisor of management of Rent A, renting and business services, d.d., where she gets experiences in commercial, contract and building law.

Mr. Primož Šoln, Member of the Supervisory Board

Mr. Primož Šoln has a university degree in economics. Currently, he is finishing his master thesis about takeover of companies at IEDC-Bled School of Management under Mr. Veselinović mentoring. Presently, he works as an advisor of management of Metalka Trgovina d.d., Dalmatinova 2, Ljubljana, Slovenia. He has five years of working experiences in this field of business.
